    Sir i have gionee a1 mobile phone. The issue is that it is getting off whenever i play music or watch video which has sound. Or whenever calls come it get off. But when i use in silent or vibration mode ,it is okay. When i play any sound in high volume it get off

    • Replace the Ringer (Loudspeaker). Maybe it is short.

        Can ringer and earpiece becombine together.for learning I have tried to open my own phone to see those two components but I only got one of which type guess it to be earpiece because it is placed near ear . when I tried to check it value by keeping multimeter in buzzer mode the value was six ohm.is that ringer or earpiece
